Star Precision, LLC has been widely recognized as having best-in-class finishing capabilities. We consider ourselves application specialists and believe that our personnel and equipment are second to none. We utilize a General Automatic Transfer (GAT) finishing system that is a fully automated cleaning and conveyor line capable of processing 6,000 lbs of material per hour. This means that your product is perfectly cleaned, treated, powder coated, and baked to tightly controlled process parameters all within the same framework, minimizing any cosmetic defect from a less streamlined process. The GAT includes a 673 foot conveyor system with a 9 foot/minute maximum speed.
In addition, Star possesses in-house liquid paint, chem. film, and silk screen capabilities.
