Skills / Requirements for CNC Machinists:

• Extensive experience with set-up of horizontal and vertical machining. Edit programs at machine as well as configuring tool and work offsets.
• Ability to understand / interpret part drawings.
• Use of precision measuring instruments to inspect parts.
• Must have own tools.
• MasterCam experience helpful.
  
  Skills / Requirements for Press Brake Operators:
  
• Must be able to set up, operate and inspect own work.
• Ability to read blueprints and prepare process sheets.
• Experience in bend deductions and able to calculate stock size understanding tolerances.
• Develop bends and radius for production runs.
• Plan sequences of multiple pass operations for series of bends.
• Lay out first piece for production for presentation to Quality department for inspection.
• Competent with measuring equipment.
